I have taken the challenge of rebuilding a Steinway 6 foot A piano.  It has a new block, new action, new strings, felts, finish, etc.  I am not too far from having it done and it will be for sale.  More pictures coming.  (June 2012)
 

Here is a picture of the old Pinblock and the new one, before drilling.  The old one was shot, would not hold its tune, and several holes had paper to try to make the pins tighter.
